GENERAL POLICIES

General Policies:
We aim at providing safe, comfortable and memorable stays for all parties at the Fall Line Guesthouse. Please take few minutes to review the following General policies during your stays at the guesthouse.
1/ Check-in and Check-out
- Check-in: 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM - Late check-in can be arranged in 24-hour advance notice
- Check-out: 10:00 AM - Late check-out can be entertained based on the availability
2/ Damage Deposit
All bookings subject to CAD $1,500.00 security deposit, held at the time of check-in
3/ Pets Policy
Pets are not allowed. A charge of $1,500.00 is collected, if pet is found, to sanitize and restore the house to non-pet status. In addition, the management reserves the rights to refuse the remaining stays without refund.
4/ Smoking Policy
Smoking, of any substances or forms or by any reasons, is not allowed within the House. Smoking is possible on the Garden however, all cigaretes have to be cleaned up after. If a smoke is present/found in the house, a charge of $1,500.00 is collected to sanitize and restore the house to non-smoking status. In addition, the management reserves the right to refuse the remaining stays without refund
5/ Cancellation
- 100% of booking refunded if cancel 15 days or more prior to Arrival date
- 50% of booking refunded if cancel 14 - 08 days prior to Arrival date
- 0% of booking refunded if cancel 07 days or less prior to Arrival date
6/ Maximum Occupants
Maximum of 8 people (adults and children) is allowed in the house. Visitors might be able to visit but will not be permited to stay overnight.
7/ Housekeeping
Guests are expected to keep the house tidy and clean during the stay. Housekeeping services is available upon request and subjected to extra charge. If the stay is more than one week (7 days), a compulsory house-cleaning of $250 will be carried out at the end of one week
8/ Party and Gathering
Gathering of same group members is fine. No party however is allowed. Please respect the bylaw quiet time (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM) of the neighbours
9/ The Management of Fall Line Guesthouse and its affiliates shall not be held responsible for any direct or indirect loss as a result of damages caused to the guest's assets such as, including but not limited to, vehicles, personal belongings, jewery, etc... Parkings are provided as-is
10/ Any damages caused by the guests or by visitors of guests to the property's building, amenities and facilities, either whole or part, shall be considered to be deducted from the Damage deposit. Actual cost of restore and/or repair to the damages shall be charged against the guests.
